Located in Punta Gorda Fl, the Military Heritage Museum’s purpose is to honor all who serve. From the Revolutionary War through modern conflicts, and across all five military branches, the Museum utilizes multiple methods to educate its visitors on the heritage aspects of US military history. Through a blend of integrating its twenty thousand plus artifacts, veteran museum guides, flight and ship simulators, graphics, live performance, and audiovisual; the Museum provides unique innovative experiences throughout its 17,000 sq. ft. facility. Designed to be a great family-friendly attraction, with a “you can’t get anywhere else” experience!
VISITING THE MUSEUM
Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Closed: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day
General Admission: Includes access to the Museum’s first floor galleries and exhibits, second floor Simulator Room, War Room, Virtual Reality Experience and exhibit areas. Academy Library (does not include book check-out privileges), and access to Gulf Theater Museum conducted programs taking place during gallery hours.
$12 per person; $10 for veterans and military active duty, $9 for youth ages 5-13, $5 for Annual Members and No fee for children under 5, Charter and Sustaining Members.
