Jack “Moe” Howard, U.S. Army Veteran
Jack “Moe” Howard is the active owner and principal of J.P. Howard and Associates Construction Services and Development Planning. Moe is a civil engineering graduate of Marquette University, in Milwaukee, Wis., and a nationally licensed mason and concrete general contractor. He is a life member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, a current licensed contractor with the Chicago Building Trades and a past member of Local One Iron Workers Union in Chicago. He is a U.S. Army veteran who served from 1969-1970.
Moe and his wife, Chris, are residents of Punta Gorda, where he is a board member of the Royal Order of Ponce de Leon Conquistadors. Moe is an avid racer of sailboats and an antique and muscle car enthusiast.
In terms of professional experience, Moe has developed and project managed business resumption centers along with reservation and computer centers across the U.S. for United Airlines. He has completed new hospitals, multiple hospital renovations and additions and physician office buildings in the Midwest and built Illinois water reclamation plants, highways and bridges for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and warehouse and distribution centers for Trammel Crow Corporation in the Midwest.
